1) Using Thread Devils

By creating an account or posting, you agree to these Terms & Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Minimum age: [18+]; by registering you confirm you meet it.

2) Your account & your content

You are responsible for anything posted from your account. Keep your login private and secure.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and redistribute your content within the service (including backups, quotes, and technical copies). You retain your copyright.

3) What’s not allowed

• Illegal content or content that encourages unlawful acts; infringement of copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or content designed to provoke or intimidate.
• Explicit pornography or adult material inconsistent with the site’s age rating.
• Doxxing or sharing others’ personal information without consent.
• Spam, scams, undisclosed advertising, or low-effort promotion.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, security, or technical restrictions.

We may remove links/embeds that pull in prohibited material even if not hosted here.

4) Safety, reporting & appeals

Use the Report button on any post or contact us via the contact form to flag issues. We will review and may take action ranging from no action to edits, removals, warnings, or account restrictions/closure.

For appeals, reply to the moderation message you received or use the contact form above. We keep moderation records to ensure consistency and legal compliance.

5) Moderation & service integrity

• We may edit/remove content, limit features, or close accounts with or without notice to protect users and the service.
• Multiple accounts: one per person unless staff approve otherwise.
• Automated access: scraping, bots, or bulk harvesting require prior written permission.
• New registrations: we may decline or close accounts for spam/abuse, prior bans, or other reasonable grounds.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains your rights and how to contact us.

7) Online safety (UK)

We carry out risk assessments for illegal harms and, where relevant, for children’s safety. We operate notice-and-action processes and keep appropriate records. See Safety & Reporting for how this works in practice.
